Looking for roomates who are Know what life is about how to take care of business and take care of them selves and respect the area around them and of course still have a good time :). Utilities not included but generally 100 per for Electric and water Combined. Order of bedroom photos is large, small, and medium. The medium room is a sunroom but does have blinds & a/c no closet. Large and small both have closets. The large is a walk in. The small room is quite small please take that literally. First floor, spacious Living room with Hardwood & carpet floors & brick fireplace, large Dining room, heated Sunroom (bedroom) kitchen, upstairs 2 nice sized bedrooms, full bath with linen closet, staired attic access, full unfinished basement. Fenced in backyard.
