Room in Wilton Manors

About the room

Come and live in a gay friendly and clean apartment in the heart of Wilton Manors, just walking distance to the Drive, very close to Starbucks, Five points and Rosie?s. You will be sharing the apartment with two other good guys, (3 people in total including you).

The monthly rent is 800.00 USD. Negotiable.

The apartment is located on the first floor, and there is a patio/backyard you can enjoy. Your private bedroom has a good size closet. Your monthly payment includes all bills (water, electricity, internet and you will have a parking space dedicated for your car).

You are free of being who you are. You must be honest, courteous, full-time worker, have common sense of social rules when sharing common home areas. We hope you have great sense respect for your other roommates? space, belongings and privacy. You must pass background and credit check. We may require some references.

We clean the bathroom, the kitchen and the common areas floors once a week. However, You are only expected to help us keeping the common spaces tidy, for example, by cleaning the dishes and kitchen utensils after you use them, as well as the stove and kitchen countertop and dining table after you use them, taking some of the trash out when necessary. We provide the cleaning products, included in your monthly pay.

Smoking is allowed outside only.

Easy!!, again it is a question of common sense as you may notice :-).

About the Roomies

One of us is a caregiver worker during the week, the other a travel agent professional.

Currently the living room is being used a sleeping space, it is just one of us preference, so this space (living room) is meant to be semi-private. It is a space that is open yet should be respected.

You are totally welcome to use the patio/backyard, kitchen and eat on the dining table if you want to (at any ok hours, we only hope to be mindful of each other activities). If you smoke, it is only allowed outside.

No visitors are allowed. (There are some exceptions that can be discussed).

We don?t have any pets, and not ready yet for any pets now.
