Quite Dead-end Neighborhood, walking distance to Publix Supermarket, Walgreen's, Fine Dining and Fast Food. 1/2 east of Highway i95. 2.9 miles Due East from Beach. Will consider Nightly Stay and/or less than 7 Nights, please message me first, so I can send you a customized stay.
THE SPACE;
Private entrance giving a feeling of not only having independence, feels like your own home. Three Perfectly situated windows facing North, East and West brings constant refreshing breeze. Of course in the summer months we'd use central air conditioning, in addition room had it's own wall A/C unit. Especially for Florida, it's what you want. A Southern Window brings a sunny breezeless making it hot, unless your like an iguana...

Other things to note;
Updated Twin Air Mattress Bed. UNDER; "What amenities do you offer?" I checked "Kitchen Space". AirBnB did not give me a choice to explain. It's not a complete kitchen, ONLY Microwave cooking. Bottom LINE NOT a kitchen with an oven, toaster oven, etc. Not a kitchen where guests can cook their own meals. If you need an Oven, Stove-top, Coffee maker or Toaster Oven, I can give access through another door from your private entrance room which has another door that leads into my part of the home. This way if need or want can use my kitchen, backyard, dock, pool etc...

Besides when I cook, a lot of times I may offer you a home-cooked meal...

Additionally; Under "Amenities" there are no custom options for Daily Housekeeping and Chauffeur which can be provided at an additional fee, "Ask Owner" before hand or upon arriving. Television provided is HD Antenna, most of my guests have used their laptops. For DirecTV that is $10 extra per stay. Any questions, please ask....
The neighborhood;
Very Quite, private, single family homes. On south side, homes are on the river, which in general keeps home cooler. Enjoy the wildlife surrounding the neighbors the river brings. Close to shopping. Most Floridians whom have lived here for decades, don't even know the street exist. The way this neighborhood block is situated, it's hard to see and easy to miss the street off the main drag which gives us hardly any traffic, but locals. Making it easy and obvious who either doesn't belong or is lost, lol.
Getting around;
Lyft, Uber, Taxi available, unless you've rented your own vehicle. Can provide transportation depending on timing. Public transportation, all within walking distance as well as most needed places such as Supermarkets, Salons and Sundries and more.
