My condo is located in the Township of Coconut Creek, which is a very well-maintained area of Coconut Creek. I have lived here for 20 years, and I still love it here! I am a clean, organized woman who takes very good care of my home. It is important for me to have a roommate who can keep their rooms clean and also pay the rent on time. My roommate will have a furnished bedroom and private bathroom and will share in using the kitchen, living room, and enclosed patio with washer and dryer. My roommate will have their own private parking space directly in front of my building. My condo also has a swimming pool that my roommate may use.

I am a morning person. I prefer having a roommate who works the DAY SHIFT. If you are a night person who stays up all night and sleeps all day, we would not be a match. I have one 15 year-old cat, so if you are allergic to cats, please do not apply.

I have a good sense of humor and enjoy a good joke! I like to ride my indoor bike and exercise (in my bedroom). I enjoy good conversation, and I also enjoy my private time. I love animals and enjoy watching all of the wildlife in my backyard by the lake.

PLEASE NOTE: My condo does NOT allow trucks with open beds or motorcycles. SUV's are permitted. My unit does not have the space for a bicycle.

**IMPORTANT: My roommate must be approved by my condo in order to reside in my unit. The condo requires that all occupants complete an online application and pay a $150 fee for a background check and move-in approval (I had to do it, too!). I will deduct the full application fee from the first month's rent once the application has been completed and submitted by the applicant and the Board has approved the applicant. It takes about 1 month to get an applicant approved (which I hate!). You can, however, pay an expedited fee for faster approval (more money of course!). Either way, I will deduct the amount of the fee from the 1st month's rent.

I require up-front payment of $900 as a holding deposit, which becomes the last month's rent upon move in. Payment of the first month's rent in the amount of $750 ($900 minus the application fee of $150.00) will be due on or before the move-in day. If an expedited fee of $45 is paid, I would deduct that from the first month's rent as well. I do NOT charge a security deposit.
