We’re on the 2nd floor of a 3 unit building. It’s 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully loaded kitchen (including dishwasher), beautiful shared balcony, built-in bookshelves in the hallway, a coat closet, utility closet for cleaning supplies/AC, a pantry, and a ton of natural light. Our landlord lives next door and is very responsive.

About the room:

Newly painted room with a BIG closet and a window. Can fit a full size (like in the photos), desk and nightstand. The room is $815/ month (+$815 security deposit), utilities are split 3 ways, and average roughly $50 a month per person. Move-in is March 1st with the possibility to move in earlier. Long term stay is preferred (1year min).

About the roommates:

We are 2 professional women in our late 20s and mid-30s. One works full-time in marketing, and the other is a professor and art director. We both work remotely and have a busy work schedule but also enjoy each other's company and see the apartment as a warm sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of city living. We are very tidy, respectful, and warm-hearted people :)

About you:

You are into open communication and value keeping a tidy home. You would never bring the party home and understand the importance of wearing a mask and COVID safety precautions. You feel at ease in a diverse household and are open-minded and respectful of differences. You don’t mind living in a pet-free household. You want a peaceful and calm apartment to call home.

About the neighborhood:

Windsor Terrace is a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood snuggled between Prospect Park and Greenwood Park. 2.5 blocks from the F/G trains. Close to Park Slope and ~35 min to Manhattan by train. The neighborhood has a number of pubs, bars, restaurants, and cute shops so there are lots to do close to home as well.
