My roommates and I are renting out the 3rd unfurnished room in our 3br duplex in Williamsburg Brooklyn.
This place is lovely, 3br, 2 bath, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, Renovated, Huge storage area, Backyard & 2 Living spaces.
Lina (my partner) and I are in the basement room, Luis (other roomie) is in the upstairs room. and You (new roommate) will have the other upstairs room facing the front of the house. Quite street btw.
We are all in our late 20s, working professionals. I also have a cat Noori who is super sweet, shy and playful at times. She’s hypoallergenic.
We are all quiet, clean and tidy people but we do get along very well and occasionally hang out outside of the house. Currently we are buying couches and rugs etc to get the place feeling like a true home.
