PLEASE NOTE This is for PART TIME lodging. The price does not reflect staying in the apartment for the entire month. I am open to month to month tenants but the price for a full month is not reflected in the listing.

The room is 7.25'x11' and has a window that faces the building courtyard. The room is furnished with a full size bed/headboard, West Elm nightstand, matching dresser, AC and desk The room has recessed lighting and is painted a light grey. Please note that the photos of the room are not current, I will update them as soon as I can!

Cozy galley kitchen that was recently renovated with compact combo washer and dryer, full size renovated bathroom, lots of light and hardwood floors. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished in a feminine eclectic vibe. No need to bring any kitchen items as it is fully stocked and ready for you to use! This apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk up building.

I have two small persian cats, their litter box is in my bedroom. No other animals please. I am not opposed to overnight guests every now and then but please no live in couples. I own the apartment and also live there. You would be signing a lease directly with me. I am flexible on move in dates and lease duration for the right person. I am also fully vaccinated + booster. I am also open to pied-à-terres or people who need to be in the city part-time. Let's chat!

About Me
I am a 36 year old female. I work as a freelance art director in the beauty industry during the day. I am in grad school in the evenings doing a business program at FIT so I am not home a ton. I usually work from home 1-2 days a week and otherwise at the office. I rarely have people over and am quiet. I spend weekends on school projects, exercising, and relaxing. I am very open-minded, low key, I have excellent references from all my previous tenants.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located steps away from the JMZ train that will whisk you away to Manhattan in one stop. It is also right next to the Wburg bridge and a bus depot. 13 minute walk to Bedford Ave L where all the action is or 10 minutes walk to the L/G at Metropolitan.

I'm clean in common areas and looking for the same in return. My home is my sanctuary, so I'm looking for someone who lives a healthy lifestyle and non-smoker. I am in my mid 30s, female.

I have two sweet small Persian cats. No other pets please. Open to male or female roommates. No couples.
