Apartment is in the heart of Williamsburg. Front door opens right onto the L train entrance. You could not find a better location.
Kitchen, living room and bathroom is already fully furnished. The apartment is large and takes up the whole side of the building. There's at least one window in every room! High ceilings and plants galore.
Available room is 7' by 11' and comfortably fits a full sized bed. Has a window that looks right onto Bedford Ave. Great for people watching!
Replacement should be clean, timely with bills and respectful of space. Also must be okay with two adorable cats!
