Full of light and plants! Fantastic Living-room

We want to share our beautiful home in Williamsburg!

We are looking for a cool, mindful and respectful person to rent the remaining room of our three-bedroom/ two-bedroom apartment. Full of plants, light, and Mochi, our unbearably cute cat.

It is a fantastic apartment full of space in the middle of the trendy Williamsburg neighborhood (Brooklyn). We are located in Havermeyer with South 2nd street, within a 5 min walk from the M, J (Marcy Avenue station), and a 10-minute walk to the L (Bedford station). You will find lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and it's a 10 minute walk to the amazing Domino Park.

The house has a great joyful environment. We usually don't have lots of guests nor parties. Both Geoff's and Elliot's partners visit us and if you have one, or friends they are also welcome! We are great at communicating, we share meals from time to time and love to cook.

We love having a big kitchen and living room as two independent spaces, and two bathrooms ? hard to find in New York! Someone can be cooking dinner while the other person is watching a movie and you won't bother each other! The apartment is very long and it's very easy to respect each others' space.

Still, we like sharing the living room and the kitchen, including the fridge. We take turns to clean the apartment, and contribute to making sure the space is organized and tidy. The utilities ar enot included in the rent. They are $ 56-70 depending on the month.

The bedroom is a medium-large sized room with a closet. It can fit a queen bed, night table, a desk, and a set of drawers. It's not facing the street so it's quiet. You will be sharing the bathroom with Eliott who's super clean and tidy!!!

Geoff is an Art Director from FL

They are good friends and have been living in NY for more than 4 years. They are respectful, easy-going, chill, carrying, and are both in a committed relationship with two amazing people!

They are easy to talk to, we've had great conversations!
They have been responsible and midfull with social distance practices during Covid-19 situation!

Currently sometimes they are working from home. Usually both bike to their studios throughout the week.

The house is gender, culture, race, gay friendly! We look forward to keep it this way!
