The room itself is the master bedroom of the flat with a private ensuite and includes furniture which is all completely brand new and features a queen size bed, new tv, multiple drawers, lamps, coffee machine and storage for you to use whilst you stay. Ideally this would be for someone seeking temporary rental and is perfect for someone looking for an interim solution in a high spec apartment for a few months. The flat also had a shared kitchen space and includes brand new furnishings in all rooms.

In terms of the existing roommates, I live with one female and one male who are both professionals under the age of 30. They are both great people who work hard but often enjoy a beer in the evenings but are clean and overall are very chilled.
