Spacious bright room in 3BR. central AC, W/D

Two males (29 and 33) are looking for a third roommate to fill an empty bedroom in our clean Williamsburg apartment. Open bedroom has phenomenal windows, plenty of room for a queen bed as well as a dresser and chair, with a good sized closet. Apartment amenities include: Central AC and heat, washer/dryer in unit, and dishwasher.

Bathroom is shared with only one roommate. Communal space is fully furnished with TV/video games/Alexa/etc and kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to feel at home on day 1. ?Building has a doorman on site from 8a-10p daily. Superintendent on premise 6 days a week as well.

We're looking for someone who's very respectful of common space and cleans up after themselves. ?We wouldn't call ourselves "neat freaks", but subscribe to the mantra "everything has a place and everything in its place". ?We're certainly open to having a few friends over for a weekend hang out, but we're never hosting wild ragers.

Both roommates are quite active and are often out of town during the weekends. We enjoy cooking together and spending time doing things together like playing board games or drinking a beer with dinner on the roof. There's a mini fridge almost always stocked on LaCroix, IPA's, and PBR's if that helps paint a picture.

The common space in the building is getting a major facelift and should be a great selling point. The roof has amazing views of the entire Manhattan skyline and the gym is being renovated as we speak. Location is fantastic as well - 5 minute walk to JMZ Marcy Ave stop, 10 minute walk to L train Bedford Ave stop, and a CitiBike dock right outside the building. If you have a car, parking is always available within a 2 block radius of the building, but there is a parking garage in the building that costs extra each month.
