Large bedroom in huge sunny apt!

One bedroom available in huge, sunny, modern two floor penthouse in luxury elevator building in Williamsburg. Apartment features tall ceilings with a large open island kitchen and furnished living room drenched in sunlight. We have new appliances, a washer/dryer in-unit, and individual heater/AC units in every room. We also have our own private rooftop! Utilities run around $100 depending on the season which includes a cleaning service twice a month for shared areas. The room is large and has space to fit a queen bed along with multiple pieces of furniture. It has ample closet space and 2 chalkboard walls.

The building has a private gym and is located one block from the Lorimer L / Metropolitan G, an 8-10 minute walk to the JMZ Marcy stop, and there are 3 CitiBike stations within 2 blocks. There are tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby and several grocery stores including one just across the street that's open 24/7. We're about a 10 min walk to McCarren Park and about a 20 min walk to Domino Park and the North Williamsburg ferry.

We?re two girls and two guys in their mid/late 20's - all working professionals who are clean, respectful, like to relax and keep a good vibe at home, but also enjoy going out, having people round for drinks etc. We love to hang out around the kitchen island or on our rooftop, but we?re really good at respecting each others? space and privacy.

We're ideally looking for someone who is chill, respectful, and has a full time job (preferably working from home right now). We're following all COVID-19 rules and expect our new roommate to as well. If you come with pets- a cat or small dog is fine as long as they are trained and can stay in your room if necessary. Unfortunately, no big dogs or multiple pets.
