My roommate and I are subletting our furnished, 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. The apartment is located in prime North Williamsburg, just two blocks away from the Bedford L train.

The apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up building. It comes fully furnished with bedroom, living room, and dining furniture -- it's very cozy! Both bedrooms have southern exposure with great natural light.

The apartment is $2500/month total (each room is $1250/month). Utilities & wifi included. There?s a security deposit of $200 which will be returned as long as there?s no damage.

Available beginning July 1st.

We'd prefer a two-month sublet, but can accommodate 1-month. We'd also prefer to rent the apartment as a whole, but we're open to renting each room individually as well.

We're long-term tenants and we love this apartment. We're looking for two women (students, interns, or professionals) who will be respectful of the space and our neighbors.

The details:

Bedroom 1 has two windows with blackout curtains, a full-sized bed, large dresser that can double as a workspace, armoire, and half closet.

Bedroom 2 has one window, a full-sized bed, large armoire and large closet.

Both rooms have in-window AC units that will be installed for summer.

The living space comes with a dining table that seats 4, couch, and TV (equipped with AppleTV). The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, glassware, plates, etc.

The neighborhood: We're in prime Williamsburg. Whole Foods, Duane Reade, and Foodtown are just around the corner. Short walk to McCarren Park and Williamsburg waterfront.

Food and coffee options are endless -- Partner's Coffee (Toby's), The Butcher's Daughter, and Joe's Pizza are just steps away. One block over, you'll find Sweetgreen, Dig Inn, and Glaze for quick meals.

There is a laundromat around the corner. Celsious Laundry is a few blocks down.

Commute: We're two blocks away from the Bedford L stop, a 5ish-min walk to the North Williamsburg Ferry, and a 10ish-min walk to the G train. There are several CitiBike stations within a five-block radius.
