Seeking roommate for a:

Duplex apartment in Williamsburg
Located at Bushwick Ave. & Devoe St.
3 Bedroom 2 Full Baths
Includes private backyard & patio & shed.

Two female teachers looking for a third roommate
New lease starts July 1
(new roommate will need to apply with
our building?s realtors to sign onto lease, see below*)

Room $1125/month
Utilities for each person:
Wifi - 25
Gas - 50-60
Electric - 50-60

The room for rent is in the upper half of the duplex apartment, which is on the first floor of the building.
This upper area is shared with one of the roommates and her cat.
The lower half of the duplex is occupied by the other roommate and her two dogs (small and quiet, they never bark and stay in the lower area and backyard).
We are not looking to have more pets in the apartment.

Our new roommate will be sharing the upper area including:
Living room
Kitchen/dining room
Bathroom
Private fenced in backyard & patio (Only our apartment has access!)
Large shed for storage

The room for rent includes a personal closet space & private exit to the backyard.
As seen in photos, there is currently an ikea shelving set up and full sized bed frame available. Both are optional furnishings.
