Hey there! I'm looking for one (or two) more people to sign the lease on an apartment in what's probably one of the most beautiful apartments I've seen during my 7 years in NYC.

There are 2 bedrooms still available, at $1825 per room. Every roommate has their own bathroom and private balcony overlooking the Williamsburg Bridge, and there's a washer dryer in unit. Everything you need to socially distance and keep your mental health.

All set in an amazing location
** short walk to the JMZ at Marcy
** easy access to the ferry at South 8th

We would be signing the lease, so first and security is needed to move in. Good credit and income, or a guarantor is needed.

About me: I'm a 33 year old British guy, who's lived in NYC for 7 years. I work in digital marketing, and would normally spend my time either hanging out with friends, watching movies or sports, skating or cycling around. My quarantined life means I'm working from home, working out at home, binge watching TV and generally trying to stay sane!
