2 Rooms Available in Prime Williamsburg

There are two great rooms opening up March 1st in a 3 bed/1.5 bath apartment in prime Williamsburg!

The rooms:
Room #1 $1,100 - twin/full size room with space for a dresser/small night stand. While this room is able to fit a full-size bed and tall dresser comfortably, if you are looking for some additional floor space it is best suited for a twin/day bed type situation. The room doesn't have a dedicated closet but we are open to figuring out some storage options for you in the main living space (thinking Ikea wardrobe). There will be a window AC unit already installed and there is plenty of wall space to add additional storage options! (will be unfurnished except for the window AC).

Room #2 $1,300 - full size room with space for desk, dresser and other furniture! Large, double door closet with overhead storage and two big windows overlooking a fire escape that bring in TONS of natural light. Window AC unit/decorative wall shelves will be included in the room upon move in.

The space:
The apartment itself is amazing, with exposed brick in the living room, washer and dryer in the half bath, and new stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. There is a long hall way leading into the living space with options to add storage/other furniture. The living room is cozy and currently in need of furniture so there is the opportunity to make this feel like home with your own design touches!

The roommate:
Myself. 26-year old working professional, working in TV/media (regular 9-5 m-f hours). I cook, I clean, I hike, I watch all the shows. Regularly social but appreciate down time.
Not into inconsiderate, rude, disrespectful folks. This is a respectful, clean, considerate environment, so I'd like roommates who have the same vibe/energy that we've created.

The apt is a 5-minute walk from the Marcy JMZ stop and 10 minutes to the Bedford L and Metropolitan G. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a mile radius. Grocery store is a block and a half down the street.

Heat and hot water are included in the rent - good credit and proof of income are a must as you will be signing onto a year's lease.
