This 2 bedroom apartment has a large master bedroom available for a new occupant! The apartment has great hardwood floors, and great European style kitchen with in-unit washer and dishwasher! A renovated bathroom and a spacious living room with a flatscreen tv!
The room comfortably fits a full size bed, standing clothes rack and a desk or dresser. There are two windows and the entire apartment is well lit!
(Other details: 5 floor walk up, tons of food and shops nearby, and a safe 3 min walk to the subway).

About your ?roommate?: essentially a live out landlord, Isha is the part owner of this homey abode. She lives most of the time with her 2 yr old and husband in a different city. She occasionally has to visit the city for business or apartment related reasons. This means you basically live paying only one room?s rent with an a occasional (maybe one or two weekend) roommate who?s also totally wonderful and fun to be around.

The apartment comes partially furnished with a couch, tv, dresser, and a few side tables. And is totally worth the climb.

It?s a pretty unique situation. And one I am personally sad to leave! If you?re looking for a single short term apartment situation, and want the benefit of having an extra room for storage and the rest of the place basically to yourself for the next few months, this is the place.
