We are looking to fill one bedroom in a luxury doorman 3 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment in a prime Williamsburg location. 5 minute walk to the Marcy JMZ and a 10 minute walk to the Bedford L. In-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, private balcony, elevator, and rooftop access with skyline views. The room that we're looking to fill can easily fit any size bed, desk, shelves etc. and has floor to ceiling windows as well as it's own closet.

The lease goes until the end of April with the option to renew.

About the roommates:
We are two 28 year old gals who work full time. One of the roommates works remotely part time (Mondays and Fridays). We keep the apartment very clean and quiet. We both travel quite a bit on weekends and enjoy going out to concerts, comedy shows, for drinks etc. but we don?t bring the party home. Most week nights we workout after work and then come home to cook dinner and chat before heading to binge-watch a show or going to bed.

We are looking for someone who lives very similarly to us. No live in significant others please!
