You'll have a 3-level, 2000 Sq ft, newly renovated apartment with a large backyard and garden. My place is fully furnished and "teched" out, and offers a private bedroom with shared guest bathroom. The backyard is also fully furnished with tons of lounge seating, an 8 person dinner/poker table, and a balcony with two-seater table. The beds in my apartment are all caspers...extremely comfy. I have a beautiful and large kitchen, finished living room and basement with washer/drier. Full home-gym equipped. Access to M, J, L, G, and Z subways trains and Ferry. Short walk to the park with tennis courts, track, and farmer's market. Safe neighborhood. Herb-friendly home :) ???? I live here as well. Not going to beat around the bush...this is definitely one of the best apartments you'll come across. That's why I picked it.

About me:
I play and write music, I hang at home maybe half of the time I'm not at work, and while I don't smoke tobacco I certainly enjoy other herbs. I'm a pretty chill person and I like to have deep conversations on things I'm passionate about or things that I don't know much about. Things I'm passionate about....music, science, space, philosophy, politics, business ideas, psychedelic experiences, etc. I'm not argumentative and I absolutely will not invite any drama into my house. Simply doesn't exist here. I do have specific expectations about living in my home and hence some rules that you'd have to follow while you live here. I have a cat named Cosmo that might as well be a dog...he craves human attention and cuddles with you while you sleep. I've got a kick ass garden that I work very hard to keep nice.
