Williamsburg Apt with roof and gym

Looking for a sublet for my amazing apartment in Williamsburg. Only reason Im moving out is that I have a lifelong friend and business partner moving to New York in the near future and we would like to live together. The building is new with modern, updated amenities. This includes, but is not limited to: fob/phone access to the building, lounge area with Tvs, bar, and a pool table that is great for having social events, a sauna, gym, rooftop with ridiculous amounts of space for entertaining and unbelievable views of the New York skyline, WiFi, air conditioning, washer/dryer in building, and much more. The apartment is in a great location just a minute walk from the nearest subway station and surrounded by great food and nightlife venues. Finding parking is never an issue near my building either. The place is available August 1st but if you are ready to move in earlier, we could accommodate an immediate move-in. The lease runs until March of 2020 at which time you could resign the apartment or find a new place just in time for summer of next year.
