King-Size Room W/Sep Entrance, Private Bath, Patio

Hi, we have a room available in our 2-bed/2-bath duplex. The room is very spacious, can easily fit a king-sized bed, and has a private bathroom and separate entrance. It’s basically a studio apt, except the two rooms share the back patio and kitchen.

My wife April and I are professionals in our early 30’s. We’ve lived in the apartment for a year and in the neighborhood for a decade. We’re one block from the Hewes St subway stop (JMZ trains) and close to the Lorimer L train stop as well. It’s a great Williamsburg location, close to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, bodegas, and more. Two blocks from the laundromat.

Utilities (including WiFi) included.

Located on a quiet block with plenty of street parking available (I drive and I'm almost always able to find a spot right in front of the building).

Ready for a Feb. 15th move-in (March 1st at the latest).
