Hi All !!!

I'm on the hunt for the right person to take over my portion of the lease. It's a super cute apartment in Williamsburg and you would be sharing with one other girl who is awesome!!! She's in her mid twenties and works in finance. She's busy during the week with work and then out and about on the weekends.

The apartment is really close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a tone of fitness/ workout places close by too.

About the apartment:

- Room is available April 1, or option to move in March 20
- Rent $1550 per month, $1550 security deposit
- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom
- 3 minute walk to the Ferry, 10 minute walk to the JMZ
- You would be taking over the lease which has an end date of
September 30, with the option to extend
- Unit has heating and air-conditioning
- Utilities and wifi are about $70 per month
- The room opens out onto a really long balcony
- Very quiet at night, no street noise at all
- Room has a built in closet
- Room easy fits a queens size bed, bedside table, chest of draws and also a desk (90 inches wide/ 160 inches length
