The apartment has a large bright living and dining area, in-flat washer and dryer and lots of storage throughout. The bedroom comes furnished or unfurnished and has a large built-in wardrobe.

Rent is $1,800 a month + bills which usually net out around $50 per month each. Only first month + security of 1 month is required to move in.

Your new roommate would be a 33- year-old female who works in advertising. I generally work long hours during the week but like to come back to a comfortable home environment and the occasional glass of wine. I would say I'm clean, tidy and thoughtful and always willing to hangout and chat.
