Large Corner Room in Luxury Duplex in Williamsburg

We're three guys (American, British, and Dutch, ages 25 to 34) looking for someone to move into a bedroom in our cool apartment in Williamsburg.

We're social, chill, respectful young professionals looking for the same. Although we didn't know each other before moving in, we've become good friends and occasionally head out together to local spots like Commodore, Big Whiskey, The West, etc. Basically, we have a good balance of each doing our own thing and hanging out as a group.

The apartment is a large four-bedroom duplex on the top two floors of a modern elevator building, which has a gym and finished roof with pretty killer views of Manhattan and the Williamsburg Bridge. The apartment also has 2.5 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, balcony and large terrace, which we grill & chill on during the appropriate months.

The building is just two blocks from the Lorimer L and Metropolitan G train stations and the J/M stations at Marcy Avenue and Hewes Street are less than 10 minutes away. We're surrounded by a lot of cool restaurants and bars that we frequent and occasionally hit up on Seamless.

The monthly rent is $1,525 and utilities (electricity/gas, cable/internet) are split four ways. The room is available Sept. 1st.
