- Subway: 1.5 blocks to F at York St, a short 5-7 minute walk to the AC at High Street, or a brisk 10-15 minute walk to the 23 at Clark Street. Straight shot up BQE to LGA.
- The available room is on the bottom floor of the apartment, with one existing roommate on the second floor (me). Full bathroom on bottom floor, it?s basically yours. I have a separate bathroom upstairs so no waiting for showers and all the storage in there is yours.
-The available room has it's own private balcony. South facing, tons of light. The apartment also has a fully private roof garden with gas BBQ.
- Full kitchen with tons of foodie tools you are welcome to use. No dishwasher.
