I (M31) am currently looking for a roommate for an extra room I have in my apartment starting June 1st and ending Oct 1st. I am planning on staying at the place for another year, so if all goes well there is a possibility to renew for another year. The room can be seen in the photos, there is a large closet and a great view. The apartment is technically in Greenwood Heights, a couple blocks from the R train at Prospect ave. The neighborhood is quiet with a bunch of good options for restaurants and bars a couple blocks up. I work full-time in person, so I won’t be around much during the week.
