Hi all. We're two old friends with jobs and art backgrounds who have been living in this apartment for over ten years - old stabilized lease means low rent! We're hoping for someone to move in April, maybe May.

The bedroom is unfurnished except for a window AC you're welcome to keep. It looks out into the building's courtyard, so it tends to be pretty quiet aside from occasional neighbor sounds.

We love the location, a five-block walk from the N and D express trains, and smack in between two great neighborhood parks, with Greenwood Cemetery close by as well. Plenty of food and grocery options.

The apartment is at the top of a fourth-floor walk-up. Laundry is across the street. The price listed here roughly includes utilities, and there's a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
