Sunset Park Room Special

I am a licensed broker and yes there is a one month broker fee to rent this place at a 6 month minimum.

This is a beautiful unfurnished room in a shared 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.
Jenn- 24 female, Asian American, works in fashion design, rarely at home b/c she's at work, with friends, or involved at her church. Responsible for cleaning the bathroom Overall nice, communicative, responsible, cooks at home but rarely is in the way of others b/c she works late. Tends to travel 2-3 times a year.

Melanie- 24 female, Asian American, works in fashion design, Often home on the weekends but rarely leaves her room. Brings only one guest (boyfriend) over but always keeps guest in her own room. Guest is also well mannered Rarely hanging out in the common areas ( living room, kitchen) Responsible for cleaning the Kitchen(flexible on who does what chores), Flexible, nice, communicative, responsible, only cooks one time a week and rarely on the weekends. Tends to travel 2-3 times a year.

Overall, they're both great people. relaxed roommates, and great at working out issues when/if they occur. chores, communicating with the landlord, and other apartment responsibilities have always been evenly contributed and open to doing more when one roommate is busy.

Roommate preference: young female, working or student. Sees home as a place to recharge, respects others property and understand boundaries. A person who's more likely to ask for permission rather than forgiveness. Communicative. More introverted. Since it's mostly Asians, must be okay with taking shoes off inside.

Utilities are shared at $40 which is cheap for gas, electric and internet.
One month rent, one month security and one month broker fee required to move in.
