I have a furnished private room available, looking for temporary roommate starting July in a 1,400sq ft 2BR apartment in 2nd floor of a private house on the border of Sunset Park and Bayridge, walking distance to the shoreline, Owl's Head Park and Shore Road Promenade and 30-min bike ride to Coney Island via the promenade, near Industry City.

The apartment is furnished. The common areas include a separate full-kitchen, shared bathroom, and spacious dining and living rooms. The apartment is sunny and quiet in a safe neighborhood.

Your bedroom faces the street and old tree in the front, neighborhood is residential and quiet. It has 2 windows, twin sized bed (medium firm) and closet, table.

Neighborhood: Multicultural, authentic NYC neighborhood with shops, grocery stores, restaurants, laundry, gym/cross fit, tennis.

Me: male in early 40s, run a boutique PR firm in the arts & fashion. I have a Toy Yorkshire Terrier, no additional pets permitted.

Move-in details -
You will be subletting the room from me, ideally with a commitment of at least 3-6 months. First and last month rent due upon move-in.

Utilities + WiFi are included. There is street parking. No smoking.

Commute: Two avenues to the R/N lines at 59th St. station, 3 express stops into the city or 1 transfer stop to D line at 36th St.
One avenue walk to the NYC ferry: 1 stop to Wall Street; 1 stop to Rockaway Beach, with stops to Red Hook, Dumbo and Williamsburg.
