1 or 2 bedrooms in a 3BR, 2 Bath for $700 and $800

I am looking to fill two rooms in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Sunset Park for March 1st. The larger room is $800/month and the smaller room is $700/month. I am open to two friends looking for a place together, couples that want to rent both rooms, or finding two people separately, just let me know your situation. I am 33, an actor and teach ESL. I have lived in this apartment for about 9 years and love it here. It has a spacious living room and kitchen, dishwasher, balcony, and private roof access. It is on the top/3rd floor of a house with two other units. You would be sharing a bathroom with just the other roommate, the second bathroom is in my room. Both rooms can fit a bed and a few pieces of furniture (the bed pictured in both rooms is full-sized, a bigger one could technically fit though). The $800 room has a closet and a window. The $700 room has a closet and a skylight that opens. The furniture in the pictures has changed recently, we have a different couch and a little table instead of a kitchen island. The apartment is a five minute walk to the R train and a ten minute walk to the N and D trains, 2 express stops away from the city. It is close to pretty parks, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms etc. It’s less than a ten minute walk to Industry City, which is a hub of restaurants, shops, bars, music, events, offices etc. Utilities are split three ways (internet, electric, gas) which averages an additional $75-100 per month per person on average, fluctuating depending on the time of year. First + security is required to move in ($1400 for smaller room, $1600 for larger room). I am looking for people who are nice, neat, and considerate. I am vaccinated and would feel more comfortable with vaccinated roommates. If interested message me some info about yourself, which room you are interested in, and any questions you have!
