900 Large Bedroom, Three stops from Downtown Man

I promise it's much cleaner now.

Sunny street facing bedroom available 1st of August

Month to Month. No utilities, 900 flat each month. 2 months rent upfront. (2nd month rent returned 30 days after letting me know you're moving out)

Room is furnished with a queen sized bed and frame and a couple other pieces of furniture. There's also a small closet. Two large windows facing a tree lined street offers good light and privacy. The room has a separate entrance from the rest of the apartment which is great for privacy however you have to walk through the shared hallway to get to the rest of the apartment where the bathroom is. There's only one other apartment facing that hallway and it's never been an issue for any of my roommates in the coming on 8 years I've lived here.

Apartment is 5 - 10 minutes walk a way from the 45th street or 53rd street R stations in which case it's only 1 or 2 stops to 36th street that has express D and N that shoots you into downtown Manhattan in 2 stops. My alarm goes off at 8 and get to work by 9 everyday.

There is one other bedroom where I live by myself. I'm a very laid back guy that went to Brooklyn College for comm and now do sales for a start up in the Pet Industry. I'm gay and have a friendly, annoyingly talkative cat named Tuna that's never been in the room before.

I've really been wanting to try a table top RPGs lately so priority to DMs. (Jk sorta)
