Bright, double room available in lovely row house

Looking for a friendly, intelligent and laid back (but responsible) person for a room that will be available in my apartment on December 15th (my current roommate is moving in early Dec after buying her own home).

All the important details:

*My apartment is on the third floor of the house. The available double room is bright, with lots of closet space and large windows that face a nice, quiet backyard area.

* Nice, large kitchen with lots of cupboard space.

* Brand new renovated bathroom.

* Only one block away from subway station on the N and R lines.

*The security deposit required is $975 (one month's rent) if available to move in on December 15th. If available to move in on January 1st, the security deposit required (by December 15th) would be $1500.

*Wifi and heating cost is included.

*Utilities (Con Ed and National Grid) not included.

I work Monday through Friday and on the weekends am usually around or in and out. I am friendly and like having the occasional chat or glass of wine, but am also pretty independent and peaceful, as I am respectful of people's privacy and work schedules. I admire intelligent, creative people who try to see the good/opportunity in everything life throws at them.

I absolutely love animals, but unfortunately the owner of the house does not permit pets in the apartment.
