2 women looking for 3rd female roommate.

We are two women in our early 30s looking for a third roommate to move into our fully furnished 3rd bedroom.

About the room: it has one window with great natural light and facing south. It comes with a queen size bed, mattress, pillows, bedding, AC unit, nightstand, chair, curtains and storage cubes.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up (up two flights of stairs), is clean and airy with open space of living room and kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher & microwave. The building has a laundry room with ample storage (e. g. for bikes, etc.) in the basement.

About the location: We are a block and a half south of Prospect Park and a 5 minute walk from the Church Ave BQ stop,15 minute walk from the Fort Hamilton Pkwy FG stop. There’s a grocery store on the same block. Restaurants, coffee shop and grocery stores nearby.

About us: I’m a supervisor at Starbucks—yes, I can get you free coffee lol— and I have a dog. Coco (my dog) stays in my room when I am out/away and is very well-behaved, super loving and adores people/belly rubs.

My fellow roommate works in retail. We both work and tend to keep to ourselves while also balancing a living friendship. While we both enjoy our personal space, we also make time to check in, crack jokes and connect. We are both cautious of COVID-19, so we are looking for someone who is clean, chill and takes COVID-19 seriously as well.

Move-in date is flexible but we are hoping to fill the room ASAP, ideally by end of December. Can be a January 1st move in or sooner.
