Queer Couple seeking 2 Roommates

I'm Sage and my partner Mal and I are looking to fill two bedrooms in our three bedroom apartment in Prospect Park South.
We are looking for people ideally willing to be on the lease with us as it restarts on august 31st but we’re ok if you’d rather sublet.
The apartment is right across the park in a really great neighborhood with lots of grocery stores, easy subway access, restaurants, and good community vibes. We are looking to fill one bigger (12x13) room and one smaller (10x11) room. We would also be very happy to have another couple take the bigger room splitting everything 4 ways and then maintain the small one as a spare room which we are doing currently.
For the big room rent would be $850 and for the small $750 with how we think it would be fair to split it. Some Utilities are included and the rest are around $50-60 each a month.
We have a pretty nice kitchen that we are really enjoying cooking in and a sizable living room that we have been trying to bring some life into and have really been enjoying nesting in. We have both a dishwasher as well as laundry inside the apartment.
There are 3 outside closets big medium and small the small room has a smaller closet so it gets the biggest outside closet. The bathroom has a shower/bath and is pretty nice. There would ideally end up being 4 people in total to live here including my partner and I.
The pictures we have up are mostly of the smaller room, but pictures of the larger room we're trying to fill will be available on request, as our current roommates' things are still in there.
A bit about us: I am a hairdresser and 23 years old and Mal is a 26 year old writer and artist. We are both Queer and Nonbinary Jews and use They/Them pronouns. We are polyamorous and it is important for us that our home is a sex/kink positive space. We have both been super cautious throughout COVID and are fully vaccinated and boosted. We would love to live with other LGBTQ+ people but that's not a requirement. We are friendly and social and love to entertain or go out but we have just as much fun hanging out at home. We would love to room with people looking to create a real home and community space. Good communication is super important to us along with mutual respect. We try to keep the space neat and well maintained but we don't go crazy over it.
