Two rooms available in a 3br/1ba apartment near the Church Ave B/Q for the 2020-2021 lease year. New lease starts in September, but one room is available now and the other will be available on August 1.

Room 1 ($947.65) can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, dresser, desk and has a full sized closet. Available now

Room 2 ($857.65) can fit a twin size bed, dresser, and desk. Also has a full sized closet. Depending on how room is arranged, a full sized bed can also fit. Available August 1.

Rent includes heat and hot water. Roommates will split cost of electricity, cooking gas and internet.

The apartment itself is very spacious with a large living room, lots of storage throughout the apartment, a spacious kitchen and a dishwasher. The building is an elevator pre-war building with a live-in super, and laundry room on site. The building also just activated its Amazon Hub for package delivery.

You would be sharing the apartment with me, a higher education administrator in her late 20s. I'm reserved, but friendly and I don't mind if you have overnight guests over with 24 hour notice, if possible. In my downtime, I'm either exploring the city, watching movies, listening to music or volunteering for church.

Must have proof of steady employment and good credit and be willing to submit an application to management for the apartment.
