The room is furnished with a twin daybed that easily converts into a full sized bed, with a full closet and two large windows. The room is sunny, cozy and quiet. Feel free to add your own linens, desk, chair, lamps and dresser when you move in.

The apartment has hardwood floors and is in a secure, well-maintained, elevator building in Prospect Park South that includes an affordable laundry room in the lobby.

It is clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable enough for two people to share who may want privacy without intruding on each other. There is also spacious living room with a television equipped with Fire-TV and an international DVD player, plus a full kitchen, bath, and dining vestibule.

This space is perfect for someone who who may be travelling lightly, and needs a comfortable place to live for a minimum of 6 months -- longer, if we mutually agree that this sublet agreement is working and a good fit.

The neighborhood is bustling with grocery stores, trendy restaurants, gyms, libraries and bookstores, is 3 blocks from Prospect Park, and steps from the B/Q subway for express access to midtown in less than 30 minutes. The F train is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the Brooklyn Museum are about a 20 - 25 minute walk from the apartment.
