Large, Bright Room in Prospect Park South for 3/1

Room available March 1 in our spacious 3-bedroom 1-bath apartment in Prospect Park South. Utilities included. Would consider 3/15 for the right person!

The Room: The 10' x 14' bedroom has a built-in closet and gets lots of sunlight from windows that overlook the street. It will be unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The bedrooms are all separated from each other, which affords us some extra privacy!

The Terms: $850/mo includes electricity, water, cooking gas, and wifi; shared bath, kitchen, and living room. Sublease 6 months minimum. First month's rent and 1 month security deposit required. References may be requested. Basic sublease agreement will need to be signed.

The Location: We're less than a block away from the B/Q stop at Church Ave. (but train noise isn't a problem) and about 10 minutes' leisurely walk from Prospect Park. Bus stops at the corner. Health food market and produce markets within a couple of blocks, as well as bodegas, laundromats, discount stores, and places to grab takeout. A few blocks to pharmacies, gyms, and banks. About 10 minutes' walk to several dining spots and Hinterlands bar.

The Roommates & Our Match: We're two women in our 30s with day jobs as well as artistic and academic passions. We like a relaxed and quiet home environment and view our apartment as our haven. We like to clean and tidy as needed: no chore wheel here, but we expect a roommate to be diligent about keeping our space and our dishes clean, and we all pick up household supplies as needed. We're looking for a female roommate, preferably close in age, with a steady income and good credit, who is respectful, communicative, and responsible.

No couples, pets, smoking (of any kind), or drugs.
