Hi - I am looking for someone to take my room for the remainder of the lease (ending Dec 2019) and possible extension. The apartment is located 2 minutes from Q/B trains at Parkside AND Church Ave, 20-30 minutes to 34th St Herald Sq. The room available is large with two windows and a closet (can easily fit a KING sized bed or a full with ample space for desk/chair). We have in-unit washer dryer (!!), huge living area, new kitchen, shared bathroom and elevator access in the building. The roommates are two laid-back guys who work professionally/full time at a masters program, very chill and friendly. Move-in date for 11/1 or earlier is possible (October is already paid for so you'd get a week or two for *free*).
Reqs: First month's rent, deposit and a small fee for credit check.
