Two roommates/friends looking for a third to move in for a year starting 9/1.
We're on the 7th floor of a modern high-rise in Prospect Lefferts/Flatbush, just a few blocks from Prospect Park and the B/Q subway. Lots of amenities in the building, including a 24th floor rooftop patio, pool table, weight room, and front door service.
One of us works from home and the other is hybrid. We're both pretty low key but have friends over once in a while. Both like to cook and hang out.

Being close to Prospect Park is a joy, whether you like to go for long runs or just escape the city for some peace, quiet and natural beauty.
We live about three blocks from the B/Q at Prospect Park station and the Q at Parkside. Flatbush Avenue is bustling and has lots of conveniences, including good restaurants and lunch spots, groceries, pharmacies, hardware stores, etc.
Not a lot of buzzing nightlife in walking distance that I'm aware of, but there are a handful of good bars in a five block radius.
