2BR, *Large* Rent-Stabilized Room Near Prospect Pa

Seeking a reasonable, covid cautious, female-identifying roommate to sublet my unfurnished room in rent-stabilized two-bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts from (around)April 15th to July 31st with potential to renew lease. Person should be able to commit to those two and a half months at least.

The room is really large–12 by 14 ft!– and gets great light. No closet in the room, but there is a large personal storage closet (pictured) in the hallway.

Utilities run from $65-$85/month. Friendly neighbors, attentive super.

I'm the one who'll be moving out to live with friends. You'll be living with a BIPOC kindergarten science teacher in her early 30's who likes making art and being in nature. She is seeking someone who is reasonable, communicative, and relatively cleanly :)

I love Prospect Lefferts Gardens, its very easy to get comfortable here. 3 minutes from Sterling 2/5, 15 minute walk to Prospect Park. Across the street from a supermarket, 1 minute from post office. Surrounded by cute small businesses old and new; restaurants, coffee shops, bars within walking distance. The neighborhood is diverse and full of culture.
