Large bedroom available in a 2br/1ba apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens! Room will come unfurnished, and has enough space for a queen-sized bed, side tables, storage bench, dresser, book case, and desk, and still leaves enough space to throw down a yoga mat for a workout. Room also has a closet and separate storage area. There are 3 windows in the room that allow for lots of natural light and refreshing cross-breezes in the warmer months.

Pets are welcome! Even better than a pet-friendly apartment is that the roommate staying loves animals and would be happy to have another animal fill the void when the current dog leaves with his owner.

The neighborhood:

The apartment is on Ocean Avenue - right across the street from Prospect Park, which has been an amazing resource before and during COVID. The park is a dog-owners paradise with off-leash hours available, but also appeals to anyone who likes fresh air with all of the walking trails, picnic spots, ice skating (in the winter), running path, and outdoor concerts (once safe to take place).

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the Prospect Park Q/B/Shuttle subway station and Lincoln Market. It's also close to some great restaurants and bars that offer outdoor seating.

The roommate:

She is in her late 20's, works as a Grants Administrator at a non-profit, and loves some good vegan cuisine. She's always down for a drink and tv binge, loves animals - especially dogs and cats, and is very easy-going.
