Huge room for rent in Prospect Lefferts Garden

I am looking for a roommate to rent a large room in a spacious apartment.
I live in a prime location, 8 minute walk from the 2/5 Sterling train and a 10 minute walk to the Q/B Prospect Park train.
Rent is $1,100 per month this includes utilities.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, two floor-to-ceiling closets, lamp, and curtains. This bedroom is large and the kitchen and bathroom are right beside it. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, Keurig and espresso machine.
The neighborhood has cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a laundry mat one block away, just a few doors down. There is street parking all around us.
The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to Brooklyn Zoo, Brooklyn Botanical and Prospect Park. There are many brownstones around us. The neighborhood has many coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, yoga studio and a Planet Fitness gym.
Please know that I do have a cat. He is a sweet cat that enjoys sleeping. I am looking for a responsible professional female adult who is clean and friendly. No smoking inside building, no drugs, no other pets, no couples.
I am a teacher and just graduated with a second masters in school counseling. I am clean and mindful person.
I am truly trying to find a good roommate that is respectful and clean. No couples or no vouchers. I am looking for someone to move in July or August.
