Roommate wanted for small room in PLG!

Hi there! I am a 26 yr old woman looking for a roommate to take the 3rd room in my apartment. Each room has an HVAC unit. The bathroom is beautiful and resembles a spa! It can fit a twin or full size bed, dresser, and desk with tv. It’s the smallest of the 3, but it has done me well when I first moved here and definitely works well for someone who isn’t confined to home often. Ideally, you’d be very clean and take initiative to help run the household (cleaning common areas in rotation and having a keen eye for small things needing to be done).

About me: I was born and raised here in Brooklyn. I am super chill, friendly, and love to chat! I take pride in having a very clean home and overall clean space around me and would like to have those qualities in a roommate as well. When I am not super busy, I like to cook cultural Trinidadian dishes and spend my free time listening to music at home. I like to be friendly and chat with a drink from time to time with my roommates. The overall vibe is here is very open, comfy, and chill. My line of work requires me to be out of the house often and hour long periods of time sometimes, so I really depend on my roommates to keep the household up and running when I’m gone.

The building and neighborhood: We are in the middle of Prospect Lefferts Gardens (Flatbush) and are located about an 8 minute walk from Prospect Park. We are surrounded by bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Our building has the friendliest neighbors who all hang out, throw parties, and grab drinks together when the weather is nice. We have a spacious rooftop along with 2 grills. Laundry room is in the basement. Most of the neighbors in here are very 420 friendly as am I, so it would work best if my roommates are also friendly, but no cigarette smokers!
