Summer Sublet in PLG - AC, Dishwasher, Laundry

Hello! I'm subletting my room in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn from around June 1-September 30 with the option to join the lease starting in October. It's a 3br apartment, being shared with two roommates in their 20s. The apartment has air conditioning, a dishwasher, access to a finished roof, and laundry in the building. The room is a little small but I was able to comfortably fit a full size bed, desk and dresser, and it has a closet and gets the most sunlight. It's also a great location - less than 10 min from Prospect Park, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood, and less than 10 min walk from the Q and 2/5 trains.

We are looking for someone who is also quarantining, maintaining safe social distancing and/or working from home, as one of the current roommates is immunocompromised. My roommates are both very clean and everyone mostly keeps to themselves, and share cleaning of common spaces. Must be LGBTQ+ and POC friendly!

Rent is typically $895/month + utilities, however with everything going on I am more than willing to be flexible for your budget if it's the right fit. The building also requires proof of income but accepts guarantors.
