Looking for someone to take over my large bedroom in a PLG apartment. My room is on the corner of the sixth floor with two unobstructed windows (one is a large fire escape and the other faces east - both give great light).
Things to know:
- It comfortably fits a queen size bed, a desk, a dresser, three bookshelves, and two chairs. It also has a closet with extra storage on top.
- Roommate staying behind is hilarious, very clean (all common areas must be kept tidy), and pure best friend material. HEADS UP: she has two sweet cats!
- The building is a six story building (with elevator) in Prospect Lefferts Gardens and is only two blocks away from Prospect Park and one block away from the B/Q/S Prospect Park stop off the subway.
- If you have a lot of common area furniture, not a problem - I'll be taking lots with me and there will be space for your things!
- Short-term sublet is possible or a potential opportunity to take over the lease in September if desired.
