Spacious bedroom in sunny two bedroom apartment in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, right off of Flatbush avenue. 4 minutes from the Parkside Q and Prospect Park, this apartment is a few steps away from grocery stores, laundromats, coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is queer-friendly with lots of natural light. Apartment features hardwood floors heat, one available hallway closet and working elevators. The kitchen is spacious, modern and sunlit, with a fire escape that can be used to place plants. There is a large fully-furnished living room full of plants, a couch, working tv and speakers.

The bedroom itself has two large windows that face a courtyard, a medium sized closet and more than enough space to fit a king sized bed, bookshelf, dresser, desk and other furniture. None of the bedrooms share walls, which means more privacy. While the bedroom will be furnished, the AC will be available.

While I have loved my time in this apartment, I will be moving in with my partner soon. Rent is $1200 a month, with utilities and internet coming in at just under $100 a month. You will be subleasing this apartment from my roommate, Michael, who has always been kind, communicative and respectful in my time here. Michael works late nights, and is mostly looking for someone who has the opposite schedule, which means more privacy for both parties. He has a cat named Beau who is friendly and loving.
