I'm a 26 year old professional currently working a 9-6 in Manhattan. I value a clean apartment and a laid-back and respectful environment. Generally busy with work/life outside of the apartment, but enjoy spending nights/weekends here. Looking for someone who shares a similar work schedule and values.

No pets, unfortunately. Currently looking for a 9/1 move-in, but could also possibly do 8/15. First month + security deposit and the management company may require an application with standard background check. No couples.
