The kitchen is large with a separate living room/common area and everything is updated. On the bottom floor of the building is a highly rated 24 hour laundromat.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Prospect Lefferts Gardens is a family friendly neighborhood full of young professionals. The 2/5 Sterling Stop is 2 blocks away; it's 15 minutes to Barclay Center and 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan.
