Enormous Room in 3 Bedroom Apartment

I have a room available June 1st in a 3-bedroom apartment, located in Prospect Park South - just a few blocks from the beautiful Prospect Park! We have a roommate who is moving out early before the start of our lease renewal (July 1st), so a July 1st move-in is possible as well.

The room is incredibly spacious (225 sq ft) with two windows, and the living/kitchen area is large as well, with plenty of cabinet space.

There's subway access nearby (Q, B). It's a lively area full of local restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets.

This is a great apartment and I've enjoyed living here for the past 3 years!

About me: I'm a graduate student at NYU, majoring in nutrition, and starting my internship in the fall. I enjoy gaming, singing, vegan cooking, K-pop, performing arts, and my lovely dog, Rocky (a 12-lb Shih Tzu mix who is very friendly!)

The other roommate is a 35-year old professional cellist. He is into music and other arts, reading, tennis, and other things. It's a nice, casual, open atmosphere here and we'd welcome someone positive to join us.

We don't smoke and would prefer our roommates not to, and prefer to have a weekly cleaning schedule.

The apartment is very sound resistant - you can't hear much from the other rooms when the doors are closed.
