2 Large Rooms to yourself, 3 blks from 2/3/Q/B

I am looking for a roommate in a 2 person apartment that is just three blocks from the subway at Grand Army Plaza (2/3) and 7th Ave (Q/B) that is available February 1st (or possibly a few days early). You'd be getting ~300 square feet to yourself, not just a single bedroom. We just share the kitchen, bathroom and hallway -- perfect for privacy! The space for rent includes two large rooms connected by French doors. One would be used as a bedroom and the other as your own living room or office or whatever -- it's your space (um, no band practice, though). You basically have a studio apartment to yourself. Both of your rooms have doorway access to the common hallway. I have my own similar space on the other side of the apartment. Your space also has a wide closet (behind mirrored sliding doors) with additional storage shelves above that.

ABOUT ME
I'm 39, working professional, originally from NYC and try to keep active in my free time. I travel as often as possible and typically head upstate to rock climb on nice weather weekends. Don't cook that often, but have the kitchen fully stocked with the necessary hardware. I'm a respectful/considerate roommate and keep the kitchen/bathroom areas (and my own space) very clean and neat. I don't bring the party home late at night. I would like a roommate who lives similarly.

ABOUT YOU
No smoking/drugs, no pets, and please no girlfriends/boyfriends moving in with us. Willing to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. Pretty basic, right?

APARTMENT DETAILS:
-Located on Underhill Ave, between Vanderbilt and Washington. Closest cross street is Sterling Place.
-Your larger room is 12x15, the smaller room is 12x9 (not including the closet), so ~300 sqft to yourself
-The apt has high (9 foot) ceilings
-Your room is in the back and is quiet/perfect for sleeping in
-Third floor walkup (two sets of stairs), top floor of the building
-We have wi-fi, but no cable TV
-Landlords live on the floor below, so are nearby for any issues.
-Not AirBnB friendly
-The rooms available for rent were just painted last week.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
-The block has a dry cleaner, a private fitness/yoga center, a grocery AND an organic ice cream/coffee shop, all right downstairs. Brooklyn Brainery, too.
-Right next to Prospect Park (!!!), Park Slope, the Brooklyn Public library, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden and a ton of great restaurants/coffee shops on Vanderbilt and Washington Avenues
-Barclays Arena and Target Shopping Center/Mall is 1 stop away at Atlantic Avenue
-Transportation: Q or B (7th Avenue), or 2/3 (Grand Army Plaza)

RENTAL LOGISTICS
-The rent is $1,550
-Move in date is February 1st, possibly a few days earlier
-Rooms come unfurnished with an air conditioner. There is currently a queen bed that you can use, but if you have your own, we can toss that
-Shared utilities (electric, internet and gas come to ~$120/month, so ~$60 each)
-First and last month rent plus security deposit required at signing ($4,650 total)
